YOUTH MEANS UNDER 18. All proceeds from the BPNCF patch go into the Yerba Buena NOAC Conferenceship fund to help youth attend NOAC. The Bill Parker National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) Conferenceship Fund (an endowment in perpetuity), recognizes Bill’s passion for NOAC and his years of service to Scouting and the Order of the Arrow. The purpose of the fund is to provide monies toward a youth’s participation in NOAC. NOTES: The BPNCF patch is identical to the Yerba Buena NOAC 2024 Contingent Patch but is ghosted in black. Only the income from the fund can be used and the principle is never touched.
