The WTC is a climate-controlled facility that can be used for training or cold weather camping. The Health Lodge and Camp Office are also housed in this building. This complex was originally donated by Caterpillar Inc. in the 1970s and previously served as the camp commissary and trading post, hence its nickname, the "Old Commissary".
