This is a restricted item and is available only in your local council trading post or Scout Shop with required paperwork. This emblem is for Cub Scouts who have earned the Bobcat rank. The Bobcat Rank is earned prior to Tiger, Wolf, Bear and Webelos rank badges. Once you have earned this rank, you will know the Scout Oath, Scout Law, the Cub Scout sign, Cub Scout handshake, Cub Scout motto and Cub Scout Salute. The symbolism and ideas learned here are the foundation of Scouting.
