The Webelos Arrow of Light award is the highest award in Cub Scouting. To earn this emblem, you will work on outdoor skills, physical fitness and learn more about citizenship and working with others. Upon completion of Arrow of Light, you can bridge into a Boy Scouts troop. The Arrow of Light award is worn below the left breast pocket of the tan Boy Scouts Uniform.
