The Venture Scout Pathfinder Rank Emblem is diamond-shaped and measures 3.5 x 3.5 inches. The Pathfinder rank is all about demonstrating your leadership skills by organizing and guiding the crew on adventures. This level allows you to grow as an individual through formal and hands-on training and through the goals you set for yourself. It is the third level of the Venturing journey. Venturing is for young men and women ages 13 (and completed 8th grade) or 14 through 20. The Venturing program is designed and led by youth and mentored by adult Advisors.
