The Venturing Summit Rank Emblem is diamond-shaped and measures 3.5 x 3.5 inches. The Summit rank is all about serving the crew as a leader and mentor. This level is where you strengthen your community by designing and leading a service project to benefit others. It is the highest level of achievement in the Venturing journey. Venturing is for young men and women ages 13 (and completed 8th grade) or 14 through 20. The Venturing program is designed and led by youth and mentored by adult Advisors.
