This Blue Mountain Council Eagle Scout CSP was released starting June 15, 2026. Only one border was produced this year. Patch depicts a bald eagle, sitting on a branch overlooking what could be many different locations in Eastern Oregon or Eastern Washington. Proceeds from CSP sales go to help offsetting the cost of awarding one to each 2026 Eagle Scout and supporting our 2026 Eagle Scout dinner in December
