This standard black and yellow flap was available to all dues paying members of the lodge who wanted to purchase flaps. It references Transatlantic Council BSA on the flap. This is the last year this version of the patch was issued due to the changing from the BSA name to Scouting America. This flap design is slightly different than previous versions and meets all BSA and National Order of the Arrow design and brand standards with some enhanced lettering and details.
