The Transatlantic Council was established in November of 1950. As we approach our 75th Anniversary, a number of special commemorative Council Shoulder Patches (CSP) has been commissioned. This Collector Patch is authorized for wear during the council's 75th anniversary year. The color scheme of the border reprsents the flags of many nations in the Horizon District. This item will only be available for a limited time and only limited quantities will be available.
