We are pleased to announce the arrival of the new official Transatlantic Council Scouting America Shoulder Patch! Besides the red, white and blue colors, additional design elements in the patch represent the four geographic areas served by the Transatlantic Council. An elephant in the plains represents Africa, the eagle and mountains represent Europe, the camel for the Middle East and the desert colors of the Silk Road for Central Asia.
