TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Lodge Store is run by volunteers. Please be patient as we do our best to fulfill and distribute orders as quickly as possible. Please contact us if you have a timely need.
Fullfillment: Orders that contain pre-order items will not be filled until all items are available. Unless otherwise specified, orders for pick-up may be done so at the next lodge event or at the Council Service Center in Columbia AFTER the next lodge event. Event dates can be found on the lodge website. Orders for shipping will be processed as quickly as possible.
Although we strive to maintain an accurate inventory, if an item is not available for fullfillment, the item may be placed on backorder or refunded based on anticipated availability. Inventory may differ from what is available at lodge events and what is listed online. Orders by non-dues paid members, or non-members, of Muscogee Lodge #116 may not be fullfilled and a refund may not be given.
